Totals page addon calculating a percentage against the previous section total? Not the running subtotal.

I want to calculate against the previous section subtotal, not the running total subtotal. I should not have to go outside Sage to perform this calculation. I know I can apply percentages to other individual addons but not a subtotal of a section addons. Any advise?

I understand how to calculate a against the previous subtotal shown here as 183,604,044. I want to calculate against the 23,089,173. The subtotal of the previous group of addons

Well then that's an addon based on other addons

Cost basis: (drop down) Other addon

Cost Basis....(Button) : Basis addons.... select all that apply.
