move/copy window disappeared

HI. the Move section window is not opening.  when I use copy/move option to rename Area/Operation/Activity the following pops up window does not appear. I can hear the specific sound, but I don't see this window. The same happens when I need to insert/hide column. An estimate seems to be inactive as this window opens in the background, but I don't see the popup window. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks.

    Sometimes various windows open outside of the visible field of my monitor. I need to drag them back in by pressing shift+alt+space, selecting "move" from the menu that appears, press an arrow key on the keyboard, then move the mouse into the field of view. Hope it will work for you
