You save them as Templates. In the Totals screen, at the top, there is a Template Icon. Click > Save as Template > Give it a name > Save.

Next time, pick from your list. You can also set a Default Markup Template.

That works for Sage Estimating. What is the process in BidMatrix?

Basically you create a template project that has all the markups already set up in it that you use as the basis for each new project.  You can easily change the numbers after the new project has been created.

To do this the 3rd step in a New project creation asks "Would you like to create this project based on an existing project?"  Y/N, select Yes and you then select the template project with the markups already in it.
