We are new to Fixed Assets.  We just got the new version last month.  Our first Advisor Update appeared.  When we download and attempt to run the patch we receive a pop-up, a prior version has been detected and will be removed.  We only have the original version that was installed last month.  How to we apply this patch?  And how do you all contact tech support?  I tried the chat which was horrible.  I was number 2 and sat and sat for like 20 minutes.  When they replied they were on the chat they disconnected before I could get off the phone with my user and respond.  If I have to wait and wait they could give me a second.  Worst than a doctor's office.
