Question

Can we make a copy of a company FA say 2023 and begin disposal entries while keeping the 2024 original as is? How can we do this?

Hello JJNTS, 
 This sounds like you are looking to keep a prior year copy of your company for which I usually recommend the How to back up a company then the How to restore a company as being the safest course, since you will always have the 2023 copy in the BBK outside of the program if you need to restore it again later.
