User having display issues

Question

I have a user running the fixed assest software. He is experiencing a random display issue. I verified display settings and everything looks fine. You can see in the image, it's overlapping characters/lines. Has anyone seen this issue before?

Hello Mark, 
 That is the Windows Scaling issue where the display font on the local system is not set to 100%. You say it is happening randomly which makes me think the client is being accessed via some sort on load balanced Terminal Server, Citrix, etc., configuration which would mean the registry hack in Windows Scaling issue article is probably applied to some servers but not others. 
 Yes, I am guessing.

That is in the same article, but it is a registry hack on the remote system to fix.
