We would like to be able to track maintenance costs on specific assets. Is that possible? If so how?

If you have the Tacking module and are on the 2024 version of the program, there is a new Asset Maintenance utility. See Page 4 in SFA_ReleaseNotes.pdf for more information.

Delray, how much is the Tracking module? Yes, we are on the 2024 version of the program. Is it a one time charge or do we pay a monthly fee?

How much is the Tracking module? Does the regular Sage Intaact have this feature?  We are on the 2024 version of the Sage Intaact Software. If we do not have this feature. Can we install it and is it a one time charge or do we pay a monthly fee?

The Tracking module is in Sage Fixed Asset which is already installed on your system, but it may not be available. We are talking about Sage Fixed Assets, right? I would not know what is in Sage Intacct.

To get access to Tracking you would need to talk to your Sales Rep (800-368-2405) and purchase the license for it. And once that process is done, it would be a matter of registering the product again to gain access.
