Hello,
I had an inactive asset which had been disposed of. I proceeded to reactivate it. No issues so far. I changed the description of the asset to make it more specific. I added the VIN and saved it. Then I realized I had chosen the wrong asset. I changed the description back to the original one and deleted the VIN. I saved it. The last step needed was to move the asset back to inactive. The problem now is that when I select asset, I see both the "inactivate" and "reactivate" buttons are grayed. I rebooted my computer and tried again, but that didn't work. Kindly assist.
