Announcing the release of Sage HRMS Q4 2024

We're happy to announce the availability of Sage HRMS Q4 2024! Released on December 12, 2024, this release is packed with enhancements designed to streamline your processes and enhance employee engagement. If you have not installed this release yet, you can wait until the Q4 SR is released on January 9th and install that release which includes the content released on December 12th. 

What’s new in the premium web version of Sage HRMS?

The premium web version of Sage HRMS has the following enhancements:

  • Simplified navigation menu: Easier access to tasks and processes with a new, intuitive menu structure.
  • Advanced search functionality: Quickly find tasks and processes with our new search feature.
  • Improved task and process organization: Consistent layout with the desktop version to improve usability and efficiency.
  • Pre-schedule runs: Automatically schedule one-time or recurring instances of the Process Taken Time Off.

These updates are designed to help you work more efficiently and streamline everyday processes.

 

Employee Self-Service (ESS) enhancements in the premium web of Sage HRMS

We’ve also introduced new enhancements to Employee Self-Service (ESS) to improve usability and expand functionality:

  • Mass delete of benefit letters: Save time by managing benefit letters in bulk.
  • Cross-employee transfer option: Easily transfer employee data.
  • New W-2 and T-4 viewing: For integrated payroll users, employees can now view their W-2 and T-4 forms.
  • Updated W-4 Form preparation: Prepare for 2025 with the latest W-4 updates. 

 

What’s new in the desktop version of Sage HRMS desktop?

We’ve also made a key security improvement to the Sage HRMS desktop version, including:

  • Security update: Restrictions on employee number changes for integrated systems.
