The Sage HRMS Mobile application lets you request and view time off, download pay history, and manage your information from anywhere, at any time.
Getting Started
To get started, users will need setup information from their employer and an IOS or Android device running a supported operating system.
Note: To utilize current supported features, users must also have access to Employee Self Service.
Device Compatibility
The Sage HRMS Mobile Application works on the following devices:
- Apple iPhones running a supported Apple iOS version
- Android devices running a supported Android Version supported by Google
Downloading the Sage HRMS Mobile Application
- Apple iPhone users can download the mobile application by searching for “Sage HRMS” in the Apple App store
- Android users can download the mobile application by searching for “Sage HRMS mobile” in the Google Play store
- Users on either device type can scan the QR code above
Connect to you Company’s Sage Employee Self Service Web Server
After downloading the application and agreeing to the Terms of Use, the user is prompted to enter the Web Server URL provided by your employer. This is the same URL used to access HRMS Employee Self Service from a computer.
Enter your company’s URL and click Connect to connect to your Sage HRMS instance.
Log In to the Sage HRMS Mobile Application
Once the app is successfully connected to an organization’s web server, the user is prompted to log in using the same credentials used on the web version of Sage HRMS.
Users without a current HRMS account can select the First Time User Register Here link to create an account.
Supported Functionality
The following user functionality is supported under the most recent version of the Sage HRMS Mobile Application:
Personal Profile
- View and update your personal demographic information
Time Off
- Submit new time off requests
- View Time Off balances
- View past and upcoming time off requests
- Edit upcoming time off requests
Pay History
- View your pay history
- See individual check details
- Download pay advice as a PDF
Current Benefits
- View total deduction and employer contribution details
- Review individual plan details and the associated dependents and beneficiaries
Message Center
- View all messages, notifications and reminders from your device
- Users with approval access can approve employee edits and time off requests
The initial release of the Sage HRMS Mobile Application was developed with some of the most requested Employee Self Service features in mind. Upcoming releases will include additional features of the Employee Self Service and administrative Sage HRMS product.
New Functionality - July 2025 Release
A new update for the Sage HRMS Mobile Application is now live and includes the following new functionality and usability updates:
Company Phone List
- Company Phone List interface has been added to the mobile application
Performance Review
- Performance Review interface has been added to the mobile application
Time-Based One-Time Password Authentication Support
- TOTP Authentication is now supported on the mobile application and will display if required at the Employer level
Important: Organizations utilizing the mobile application should not enable TOTP Authentication until the new version of the application is available. Users will not be able to access the mobile application on the existing version once TOTP Authentication is enabled.
WCAG Compliance Modernization
- Improved usability and user interface enhancements to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
