New Updates to Sage HRMS Payroll Web Screens 

The Q4 update for Sage HRMS continues the enhancements introduced in Q3, including the initial phase of Sage 300 Payroll integration for the web version. This release adds new payroll functionality to support web-based payroll processing and management.

Process Payroll Map

All steps of the standard Process Payroll map are now available in the Sage HRMS web version, allowing users to process payroll directly from the web.

The screens now include:

• Open Payroll 

• Distribute Earnings 

• Timecard List 

• Calculate Payroll 

• Process Time Off 

• Print/Post Checks 

• Create EFT File 

We have also included an enhancement to our Payroll process, which will now feature a process track, helping to manage your workflow and reduce rework. 

All web-supported payroll processes are now integrated into the web-based Process Log interface, enabling users to initiate processes like Open Payroll and navigate away while monitoring progress and accessing reports, even for large datasets.

A number of new Payroll Tasks are now available from the web version of Sage HRMS, including: 

• Assign Earnings/Deductions 

• Assign Selection Lists 

• Assign Taxes to Employees 

• Check Inquiry 

• Combine EFT File 

• Create EFT File 

• Copy Timecard 

• Employee Selection 

• Export G/L Batch 

• Payroll Check List 

• Restart Maintenance 

• Timecards 

Payroll Processes 

We are also continuing to add new Processes to the Sage HRMS web version, including: 

• Reverse Transactions 

• Transaction History Inquiry 

• Update Employee Pay Bands 

• Import Employee Pay Bands 

The Payroll and Canadian Payroll Megamenu pages have been updated to reflect these new features. These changes apply to both U.S. and Canadian employers, where applicable.

Other Key Enhancements 

Sage 100 Link Ethnic ID Code Enhancements 

We have updated our Sage 100 link functionality to now include Ethnic ID code information. This update includes sending and receiving information from Sage 100, ensuring your information is kept up to date for compliance and reporting purposes.

• Sage HRMS Q4 2025 (premium web version of HRMS and ESS) 

• Sage HRMS Q4 2025 (desktop version)

If you integrate with other Sage products, check with your business partner or Sage to ensure that these components are compatible.
