This update makes it easier to manage payroll tasks, configurations, and reports directly from the web.

With these updates, you can now complete additional payroll tasks, manage key payroll setup configurations, and run select payroll reports directly from the web.
Additional payroll setup and reporting screens will be included in future releases.
Other Key Enhancements
System Setup – Delete Audit Trail
- The first screen from Setup > System is now available on the web.
- Users can delete unused Audit Trail data directly from your browser.
California Pay Data 2026 Reporting Requirement Updates
- California legislation (Senate Bill 973) requires employers with 100 or more employees to submit an annual pay data report to the Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH)
- This release updates the EEO Pay Data tab in the Job and Pay > Current Pay screen to include a Total Hours Worked field, meeting reporting requirements in both desktop and web versions
Employee Processes – Import Work Location Data
Users can now import Employee Work Location Data for California employees in the web to update the Remote Worker field on the EEO Pay Data tab.

- Sage HRMS Q1 2026 (premium web version of HRMS and ESS)
- Sage HRMS Q1 2026 (desktop version)
Important: If you use third-party products that integrate with Sage HRMS, check with the vendor of your third-party product to ensure their product is fully compatible with these releases. If you integrate with other Sage products, check with your business partner or Sage to ensure that these components are compatible.
