Gross-Up Calculator error

Question

I have updated our HRMS software to Q3 last night. Today our Payroll employee needs to run a bonus check. Whenever she tries to do her normal process in Gross-Up Calculator she get the below error: 
 An unhandled exception occurred while attempting to determine the gross-up amount for this employee: danged data. 
 Employee. 
 Data dictionary is inconsistent. 
 I'm assuming this has something to do with the update last night. 
 
 Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Cody, 
 The error message that you are receiving is caused by a module within Sage Payroll that did not activate when the product update was installed. Please follow the below steps to resolve the issue. 
 
 Have all users log out of Sage HRMS with payroll 
 Login to the Sage Payroll 
 Select administrative services 
 Select Data Activation 
 Check off the Sage Payroll modules that were not activated and click next 
 Click activate 
 When finished log out of Sage Payroll and login to Sage HRMS and confirm the error is gone
