ESS website will not function after 2024Q2 updates installed

After installing the 2024Q2 update on my both servers (one for HRMS and databases and the other hosts the ess website) the website will not function.

I keep getting the: HTTP: 404 error

Any suggestions? The IIS server is running and online, capable of communicating with all databases and everything appears to be correctly functioning as it should.
