ESS error logs

I am new to supporting Sage at my organizations.  I am getting an error 'The application has encountered an unexpected error. More information about this error will be available in the error log.'

Where do I find the error log?

    @Dave Boggess, you will need to access system maintenance on the ESS Web server. 

    On the ESS web server, click Start, Programs, Employee Self Service, and System Maintenance.  Click on the Server Errors tab. Scroll to the bottom of list to see the most recent error log.
