Sage HRMS to Sage 100 Audit Report - Invalid Employees

We ran a link report on the desktop version of HRMS and all of a sudden we have 2 invalid employees we did not have the last time which was last week. The reasons were:  Overtime Eligible is required &  Hiring Manager is required. There were no data entry errors made, changes of any kind made, no updates, etc. Required Fields? Only 2 Employees? What would cause this? Thank you
