I am researching and trying to make the best decision for our organization about whether to switch to Sage Subscription.  Currently, we use Sage HRMS without Employee Self Service.  It seems like we have continued issues with each quarterly update especially when it comes to Crystal Reports 2020.  What experiences have others had that have already made the switch?  I have some concerns about going to the subscription version.
