Dear HRMS Customer support , 

Our Department Managers would like to generate a report that shows the available PTO for each employee who reports to them from Self service portal of HRMS.  Currently, they can access this information by going to each employee's profile in the self-service portal. However, we are wondering if there is a way for each manager to access a single report directly from the self-service portal that displays this information. Also they can print this also if possible, This would save a significant amount of time.

Additionally, the managers would like to see the following details in the report for each employee:

• PTO requested
• PTO used
• PTO balance

The purpose of this report is to help managers effectively plan and approve employee vacations.

At present, the Human Resources team runs a Crystal Report from the HRMS server and emails it to each manager, which is time-consuming. Could you let us know if there is a way for managers to generate this report without needing to rely on the HR team?
