Do you have to close the plan year 2024 for vacation to accrue for the new year 2025? We didn't think we had to do that last year, but on the first payroll for 2025 it did not accrue any vacation time for hours worked and add it to the carryover balance. How/where do I make the adjustments to correct this problem with the vacation balance?

Do you have to close the plan year 2024 for vacation to accrue for the new year 2025? We didn't think we had to do that last year, but on the first payroll for 2025 it did not accrue any vacation time for hours worked and add it to the carryover balance.
How/where do I make the adjustments to correct this problem with the vacation balance?

I am having a similar issue with a Sick accrual plan set up in the payroll module. Employees that took no sick pay last year have stopped accruing sick pay hours this year.
