Attendance Plan Standard Report mixing up Reason and Plan

When we print the standard Attendance reports such as Employee YTD Attendance Detail, one of the Reasons - Vacation - is not showing up as Vacation (the plan it is attached to), but rather a totally different plan. I'm not sure where to look for this. The transactions are coming from ESS and they are going to the correct plan in HRMS.  It just seems to be the reporting that is confused. 

We would like to get this fixed as it is very confusing for users.
