Searching all "Employee notes" in HRMS

I need to know how to either do a term search of all the "Employee Notes" in Sage HRMS, or to download the notes for all the employees so they can be searched and printed. Right now, all we have been able to figure out how to do is click through to navigate to a particular employee's file, and then review that particular employee's notes. How can we search or review all the employees at the same time?

     Thank you for reaching out.  We can recommend two ways to pull the employee notes. 

    1. Create a secure query report to pull employee notes. 

    From the Navigation Pane, select Reports, then the report section (Employees), then Secure Query,

    Select New and enter a name for the Query, choose an Access Type, press OK

    Select the desired Data to use in the Query on:

    1. Choose Employee Information. On Step 1: Choose Additional Information. Only one selection from Additional information can be included. Press OK.
    2. Select the fields to show in the Query, ie. Name: Last First Middle will display the employee's name in one field last name first. Move all fields desired to the right column, Press OK.
    3. Group records, leave blank, or choose a field for one page per group field
    4. Sort Records, choose Select Order, and for an alphabetical listing, choose Name: Last First Middle
    5. Set Record Filter, choose: Set Record Filter, and for only active employees, select "Employee Status Code (A/T/L/D/N)" exactly Matches A, Click Done or AND to add additional fields.
    6. Output Results, choose Landscape and Run Query to preview to the screen. Select Microsoft Office: Microsoft Excel Worksheet and enter filename to open in Excel.

    2. A crystal reports can be created to pull the employee notes.  We suggest reaching out to your channel partner to assist in create a crystal report to pull information from hrpersnl and hrenotes.
