Change Employee ID task missing from HR Only clients - since 2024, Q4 SR1 update - maybe?

Was the Change Employee ID Task removed recently from HR only Clients (we know it has never existed for HR/Payroll clients)?  Specifically, those with the Sage 100 Payroll Link option selected in "Reregister Sage HRMS" section of Help, About?  We are noticing clients who had it previously are no longer showing this task.  If so, which release and where is that noted in the Release Notes?

     The Change Employee ID task was removed in the Q4 2024 product update. Below you will find the information included in the Release Notes: 

    Employee Number Updates (Menu Availability)

    We have made changes to not show the Change Employee ID menu on HR Only installs that have the following options enabled: 

    Sage 100 Payroll Link

    HR Actions Administrator URL

    HR Actions Employee URL

    Time Management URL 

    In addition, this change will force the desktop version of Sage HRMS to reserialize after enabling or disabling the above options. This process will rebuild the menu structure subsequently to hide or show the 'Change Employee ID' menu. 

    Note: The change Employee ID task is not available when Sage HRMS Payroll (U.S. or Canadian) is installed on your system.
