Every time I try to look at pay history the app closes.

We have had some clients with this same issue.  Check your setting for how far back you allow the display of Payroll History.  It is probably too much/long and timing out.  I have changed that to, for example, 01/01/2024 and the issue resolves. I don't have ESS open, but that setting is in either System or Employer Setup settings.  Hope this helps!

I read that in the quick setup notes and tried it before starting this thread, but it didn't work. Assuming I did something wrong, I went in and reviewed my settings and realized I set employment start date to only go back to 01/01/24. Removing the restriction from the start date field and applying it to the pay history field seems to have fixed my problem.

Any ideas on the time off piece? I haven't found anything on the Sage Support page or within the Community Hub.

The settings you are talking about are in the administrator side of the ESS?

Yes. You have to login with Master account/credentials.

Then, click 'System Settings' >> 'System Setup' and scroll almost to the bottom of the page to 'Display Pay History From' field.

Use the calendar to set your hostorical restriction. I first set mine to 01/01/24 but have changed it to 07/01/24; however, I still see paystubs from October of 2023 in the app and on the website. But, I do see historical pay stubs on the app.
