2025Q1 Sage HRMS and ESS premium web update - mobile app does not work

The 'Time Off' feature on the new iOS mobile app does not function. It is grayed out and inoperable. 

Is there anyone with the same issues? Does anyone have a remedy to this problem? I have not found any documentation in the release notes or within Sage Support.

For context, we skipped the 2024Q4 updates (when the app was released) and recently installed the 2025Q1 updates (which were inclusive of the 2024Q4 updates). The app is connected to our server and I have logged into it with my credentials. Currently, the 'Personal Profile', 'Pay History', and 'Current Benefits' buttons are functional and seem to be working as expected.
