Sage 100 Payroll Link - Ethnicity mapping incorrect?

I am configuring the Sage 100 Payroll Link to interface Sage HRMS HR with Sage 100 Payroll.  The Ethnicity Code in Sage 100 has been globally set to "Not Reported" for all employees.  In Sage HRMS HR, it has been globally set to "Prefer not to identify" (this user is not required to submit EEO report).  When we ran the link, it is mapping "Prefer not to Identify" to "Two or more races" in Sage 100, changing all audited records to update to that Ethnicity.  I was able to get the codes from the Sage 100 Ethnicity (program controlled table) and was able to cross reference to the audit report.  The audit report is reporting "O" in HRMS and "X" in Sage 100.  It is then changing Sage 100 to "O", which is Two or More Races.  Below are the Sage 100 vs. Sage HRMS codes.  As seen in the right, HRMS, P is Prefer Not to Identify.  In the Sage 100 Payroll Link, it is showing as O.  What do we need to set people to in HRMS to have them stay as Not Reported in Sage 100?
