We do a mid-year comparison of the 941 quarterly report to our custom payroll report of Historical Gross pay to Net where total wages by employee less pretax items should equal Line 2 of the 941. I know ours is off in quarter 2. Is there a way to run a report to get the line 2 from the quarter report by payroll date? I just need to know where/how the 941 I can only keep rerunning it by quarter and I still get the same amount. I do not know of any historical transactions that should affect it. Pls & thx.
