W2s available on Employee Self Service Portal but only Informational

W2s are now available on the employee self service portal, but they are informational only as they do not include any 401k or medical information. Sage has said that they will work on making the words "Informational Only" bolder, but there is a chance that employees will still file these W2s not understanding that other information is not on the form needed to file their taxes.

If the 401k or medical information is not eventually added to these W2s-- I think there should be an option for the master administrator to just turn this feature off completely.

    Your Sage HRMS Payroll provides the official W-2 forms via Aatrix our Government Reporting forms provider. Depending on your electronic W-2 filling plan with Aatrix, employee will receive access to download their official W-2 forms after the employer submitted their electronic filling. 

    Your feedback was provided to our product development team for consideration to improve the "Informational use only" watermark statement on the W2s for future product releases. Thank you for your feedback.

    Sage HRMS is designed to include various deduction information including 401k to the W-2s. Here is a link to our Sage knowledge base article HRMS W-2 Reporting Settings for Deductions  View article  document which provide settings for various retirement plans and medical deduction information to display to their respective boxes on the W-2 form. If this is not the case please reach out to our Sage HRMS Customer Care Support to review your W-2 Report settings.
