W2s are now available on the employee self service portal, but they are informational only as they do not include any 401k or medical information. Sage has said that they will work on making the words "Informational Only" bolder, but there is a chance that employees will still file these W2s not understanding that other information is not on the form needed to file their taxes.
If the 401k or medical information is not eventually added to these W2s-- I think there should be an option for the master administrator to just turn this feature off completely.
