The Sage compliance team is currently aware of the changes and is actively reviewing the requirements related to the Minnesota Paid Leave. Typically, any legislative mandates are addressed in our upcoming Q4 product updates, with implementation instructions included in the corresponding Release Notes.

 When are the Sage HRMS product updates being released in 2025 

If any new information becomes available prior to the Q4 updates, it will be communicated accordingly.

We are looking for this as well.  We want to split the deduction between the agency and staff.  We are also wondering if we will be able to track the hours that staff use in Sage?

I received an update from our compliance team that the Minnesota Paid Family and Medical Leave Tax Adopted, Effective January 1, 2026 will be included on our upcoming Q4 2025 tax update. Additional details will be provided in the Release Notes for the Q4 2025 tax update.

I read through release notes for quarter 4 regarding the MN paid family and medical leave; this is on tax set up.  Do you have examples of how to set up the premium code for employee and employer portions?
