Some people, especially in the restaurant and medical industries, have different plans available to salaried vs hourly employees or for different employee types. Currently the only thing you can do is pick one, and manually edit everyone in the other category. This is a huge amount of time if there are several hundred or even thousands in each category. MWA doesn't make it easy to edit either because the salary/hourly and the employee type fields aren't brought over to MWA to sort employees.
