Sage 50 2020ver. Installation Error

Question

My system is Windows 7, I tried to install the software but it displayed error as the attchement. So I can't install it properly. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Hello Bob , Thanks for reaching out and apologies for the delay. Hopefully you already found the below KBs regarding the errors. Basically, Windows character settings may need to be changed in order for Sage 50 to run successfully. There is also a clean up utility to run. 
 
 KB 52583 - Error: "1324 -The path 蓆 at de compte juxtapos?xls contains an invalid character" 
 KB 50947 - Error: "Error 2203. The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file" when installing Sage 50
 
 Applies to "Error: -1603 Fatal error during installation."
