Unable to activate the downloaded Sage 50 2021

Hi! there, I had installed the software in my laptop but I wasn't able to activate it. 

It's asking me the company name, Key Code and Serial number, but I only have the Serial Number attached from my hard book which I bought from my school. 

Could anyone help me, what I should enter or where I could get it?

    Thank you for contacting us. Sorry for the delay in response. Sounds as though you might have the wrong codes to activate Sage 50 Canadian, see below:

    How to register the student version ?

    After registering, students receive an email with their username, serial code and activation code for a specific version of Sage 50 (2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 or 2022 etc.)

    Step 1: Open a web browser and go to https://www.sage.com/ca/about-us/education

    Step 2: Fill in the form with the required information

    Step 3: Wait for a confirmation email from Sage Education

    Step 4: Use the Serial number and Key code in the email to activate your Sage 50 program

    Step 5: These codes can be used again if ever you reinstall the program.
