Can't set Rate Level of a slip with TSImport

Question

TSImport is successfully importing slips into the database, but it's not defaulting to Rate Level 1. I have the field in my template and it's mapped - the import doesn't fail, but no matter what I have in Rate Level field it defaults to rate level "1" is this an issue with the importer? i'm using Timeslips 2018.

 I'm sorry that you're experiencing this issue. When using the Import utility, after you select the file type and the type of import you would like to do, you may select Templates and the Default to add Level 1 for the rate. That way the imports default to that level.

Just tested this with my v2015 explore database and TSImport. It works for me. To my knowledge there is no bug. 
 
 My slip comes in with Level 2.
