Sage does not make the old downloads available for the unsupported versions. Your best bet is to contact one of the Certified Consultants who may have that download in their personal library.  If you have a relationship with Certified Consultant, I would say reach out to them and ask if they have it in their library.

If you do not have a Certified Consultant, I have 2016 in my own library and make it available to folks who need it for a small convenience fee. Just email me below.

I didn't doubt you were a legal user. I only mentioned it because some times users do not have the information for various reasons.
