The only client I did this for was not able to send bills via email using 64bit Outlook, but was able to reprint them to email and send. They use via terminal services/RDS server. Sage advised that this does not really make sense due to the same process should be occurring, but that is what they are experiencing. Was told the solution is to go to 32 bit. They won't do this since there are 40 some users and don't want to redo MS Office on their RDS server.

Leslie Hennessy , thanks for the feedback. So, are they just using the reprint as the send? Or are they going shopping?

Going to try using reprint. They had not been emailing bills at all. Was looking forward to this update. I think reprint should work for them.
I find if they can use just the one reprint template, then using reprints isn't too bad IMHO. I also like how you can just get all your billing approved and set before queueing up the reprints by invoice date, and then sending them all out together. Hopefully the client will enjoy that new capability.
