Is there a way to save our entire Sage Timeslps database as a PDF file?

SOLVED

Hello,

Our company will not be using the sage timeslips anymore. I was told that our database will become a View/read only (which is fine). But the owner is wanting to know if we can save the whole data base information as a PDF file? He does not want to lose the years of client information if he no longer has the computer the program is installed on or if he cannot access the read only.

Thanks

Hello  and welcome to the Sage Timeslips Community.

As to your posted question: No, that's really not a thing. You would need to print out reports to PDF. Which you can do EXTENSIVELY. But then it is just in a PDF, you can't really do anything with it.

Off the top of my head, you could produce PDF reports of slips (by date and client), individual Client A/R transactions, and reprint bill images.

But no, no way to print a database.
