Timeslips 2020 - Unable to Enter a Time Slip

SOLVED

Someone at my organization is having an issue when they click on "Enter a Time Slip" in the Navigator.  Normally what happens is a small dialog pops up saying "Automated Procedure Active" and "One moment, please" and then the Slip Entry window appears.  For my coworker, they don't get the Slip Entry window and instead it goes right to the "Do you want to save slip?" popup after the Automated Procedure popup. 

We have already tried resetting the dialogs under Preferences -> Appearance but this didn't help in this situation.

Does anyone have any idea how to solve this?

    Are they single or double clicking "Enter a Time Slip" in the Navigator?  It sounds like they are double clicking, the first one is opening the new slip and the second one is closing the window. 

    Can you confirm single click?
