Timeslips 2020 and Windows 11

Question

Will my Timeslips 2020 work on Windows 11? 
 If I have to buy a new computer can I put my Timeslips 2020 on this new computer if I have the link from my initial download?

Just want to add one thing to Nancy's excellent information. If all you have is the link, that is probably not going to be sufficient to get the files as Sage does not leave up most old releases. Nancy and I, both have libraries of old versions and can help you for a small fee.
