I'm having the same trouble and I'm in Premium 30.0.5.96 and Windows 11.  It just started last week.

I'm having the same problem, but did notice if I go into the abbreviation and resave it, the problem goes away.  Obviously not a fix for when you use many abbreviations, but helps temporarily if you have a few that are doing it.  Not all of my abbreviations were doing it.

It's very possible that the old abbreviations were copy/pasted from something like Word which had an embedded font size that caused the issue.  Retyping them manually and resaving them erases that data and makes them usable again.

We're experiencing this as well with one of our clients - only happening on 2 endpoints which zero changes recently that we're aware of. One was a week ago and another was today. Font and size changing after short code. Followed Erin's suggestion, and it only works on some abbreviations after re-saving.
