Lagging replacement slip screen

We have recently converted from Timeslips 2016 to Premium Pro and I am noticing a distinct (and extremely frustrating) lag when trying to open the 'Replacement Slip' window. It takes almost 10 seconds for that window to open, which is slowing down my billing process to a snail's pace. This was never a problem in my previous version. Any suggestions as to the cause and solution?

    Unfortunately, I do not have an answer as to why it is opening so slowly. But I did want to inquire as to why you need to open it that much during billing.

    Can you explain how you use replacement slips?  Perhaps we can suggest an alternative approach that will avoid needing to open it so often.

    We spoke about the issue and we will be looking at Replacement Slips that are placed on a Template Client so that it is universally applied to all clients, instead of individual ones going forward.
