New Users TimeSlips Go

Hello - Just transitioned to TimeSlips Go from eCenter. Initial sync went fine, but now additional users do not seem able to log in. I've confirmed emails are set up and correct in TS Premium, and have sent the invite email multiple times. Any ideas what would be causing this and/or how to fix??

Yes, it is. One user is fixed now; not sure what fixed that login. The other logged in, but then got an error saying he was deactivated. I advised to clear cookies, etc and am awaiting his response.

Hi Courtney. Can you also please go into User Management and check to ensure that the "Timeslips Go" box is checked for each of the users?
