There is a way to import time from a spreadsheet, it's called TSImport. You can set up a template to map the fields. It is a bit more complex than I am comfortable answering in a forum. I would suggest you check the help on TSImport. If you need additional assistance you can reach out to support or to a consultant like myself who can assist. Our time would be billable but it would not be a huge amount of time to make sure it is setup and working properly.
