Assigning flat fees

SOLVED

I an currently engaged in a solo practice with 1 legal assistant.  I have a server and we both use Timeslips 2014 for data and billing entries.  Beginning next month, I will be working with an associate attorney.

In preparation for the new attorney I have begun configuring Timeslips security et. al.  I ran a Timekeeper Contribution and Collections report and was surprised to see that my 2014 flat fees were unassigned and not included with my hourly slip fees.  I've read the forum and my clients were set up with absolute flat fees, first bill of a job, and completed.  Bills were generated and the balances zeroed out.

Two questions: 1) how do I assign the unassigned flat fees to me and 2) how to fix this going forward?

Last thing to note is that up to last week, I was the only timekeeper.  Now, I have a profile for me, my assistant, and my soon to be associate.  Thanks.
