I was hoping someone can help me with a Timeslips installation issue. A customer had TS V9 running on a Windows 2000 PC which the hard drive failed today. They back up the DB every night. I am trying to install TS 9 on a new windows 7 PC. The software will install but when I go to restore the DB from backup I get this error.... "The DB you are trying to access was created by a different installation from the same master configuration disk. You must use the DB moved command in the station administration to transfer the installation information to this database." Since the original pc is dead I don't see how I can do this. The billing person is 2 years from retirement and technically challenged. Switching to a new version is a last resort. Quite frankly it may kill her as she is very high strung. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
