Approved a bill twice in one day

HELP!  I printed out 3 bills for a client and thought I had placed them in a proof stage as I was waiting for my manager to review them.  After they were reviewed by my manager, I printed them out and  "approved" them, only to discover that instead of seeing an itemized bills, they were all "balance forwards", meaning I accidentally approved them when I printed them for my manager.  There was no additional time posted, no payments made, etc - however, I can only undo the second approval and not the first approval which means I am losing all of the itemization on the bills.

    Hi !

Thank you for your inquiry! A client’s bill can only be in the billing stage for one run at a time. If you need to run a different bill for that client, you must first approve the existing run or clear it from Proof if you are adding slips or A/R to the bill currently in Proof status.

If you have approved multiple bills and need to undo one to make edits, you can use the Undo Multiple Bills feature to do so.
