Q. What is Timeslips Go? 

A. Timeslips Go is an all-new cloud-based companion app to Sage Timeslips Premium.

Q. What does this mean for me/my firm?

A. If you have eCenter licenses (if you're using Timeslips Premium and have any tier above Starter, that's you), you'll need to migrate to Sage Timeslips Go within 90-days of your Sage Timeslips Premium renewal date or you'll lose access to eCenter. Important: This only affects eCenter, not your Sage Timeslips Premium software.

Q. What's changing?

A. Timeslips Go will replace eCenter, delivering a simpler, more efficient way to manage time and expenses on the go. Like eCenter, Timeslips Go comes with a Timeslips Premium subscription at no extra cost for tiers above Starter (license counts vary by tier, with additional licenses available for purchase).

Q. What is eCenter, again?
A. eCenter is the online tool thousands of Sage Timeslips Premium customers have used to track time and expenses away from the office. 

Q. What do I have to do?

A. Don’t worry, we’ve got this covered—seriously, it's all good. Here’s what you need to know to make the transition smooth and stress-free:

Three key points to keep in mind:

  1. Your Timeslips Premium software isn’t changing. This is simply a shift from eCenter to Timeslips Go, a cloud-based app with more advanced features.

  2. You have 90 days from your renewal date to complete the migration. After that, eCenter will no longer be accessible, but Timeslips Go is included at no extra cost and offers a more flexible solution.

  3. We'll remind you at the beginning of your renewal time to begin your transition.
