We’re pleased to announce the October 2025 Service Release for Timeslips Premium and the October 2025 Update for Timeslips Go are now available!
Important note: We're aware that Timeslips Go and transfer processes may have been running slower than usual for some customers before and during a recent scheduled maintenance. You may have even experienced some downtime (which was expected during the maintenance). We're pleased to share that these performance issues have been successfully addressed. And we appreciate your patience and understanding. Now, onto the good stuff!
This release focuses on making it easier for you to work the way you want—whether you’re in the office or on the go. You can now create clients and references directly within Timeslips Go, giving you more flexibility when entering time and expenses from anywhere. Plus, enhanced security controls, improved synchronization, and usability updates help keep your billing accurate, connected, and secure. As always, our enhancements are inspired by you—we listen closely to our customers and partners to bring you the features and innovations that make your day easier and more efficient.
What’s new?
Timeslips Premium enhancements

Refreshed Go dashboard—See at a glance which clients and references were created in Go and are ready to download.

Simplified support tools—Options like “Reset Database” and “Force Required References on Next Transfer” have been moved into the right-click menu for a cleaner experience.

Improved update checks—The “Check for updates” process now clearly indicates when you’re on the latest release or provides a direct link to download the newest patch.

Timeslips Go enhancements

Create new clients and references on the go—Add clients and references directly within the Timeslips Go app, then download them into Timeslips Premium for seamless integration.

New security rights—Control who can create new clients and references—perfect for firms with defined data management policies.

Support for required references—Firms that require references on slips will now see those rules reflected in Timeslips Go, ensuring consistency across entries.

Homepage updates—The Go dashboard can now display status messages, so you’re always informed about maintenance and key updates.

Slip restriction visibility—Slip entry limits set in Timeslips Premium (like date or duration restrictions) now display within Timeslips Go for easy reference.
