During Web Scheduling Total Import in Bricks if there are issues and you want to investigate the possible reason of these issue you may want to activate the below logging options
These steps are for current and more recent GraphQl interface Import / Export
Steps:
1. Stop Service
Stop Sage X3 Interface GraphQl service and sedApta service

2. Verify / activate Log .config file
Open Log.config file which will be available in Web Scheduling installed SupplyChain\X3_Interface_GraphQL folder
Include Log level to "Trace" if it is not setup

3. Sage.X3InterfaceService.exe.config file
- Open Sedapta.Sage.X3InterfaceService.exe.config available is same location above
- In App setting section
- Include <add key="BeVerbose" value="error"/>

4. Start Service
Start Sage X3 Interface GraphQl service and sedApta service
5. Total Import
Run Total Import in Bricks as normal
6. Verify log file
Verify the Log file generated now with more details available in C:\ProgramData\sedApta\logs\X3InterfaceService
