To access this download, visit our Sage Knowledgebase Site HERE, then scroll down to locate the Download Sage X3 Version 2024 R1 (12.0.35) and look for Download HOTFIX Sage X3 Syracuse Server 12.20.5.2 in the related resources (towards the bottom). Once you select a download option, you will be prompted to login to your Sage Portal Account.
This New Version of Syracuse Server includes the following updates:
- Reference date doesn´t work
- Yes/No radio buttons like "Require password change" in Admin Users always "x"
- HMRC (UK VAT) : Get an error when clicking on "GIVE permission" button
- Chgtbk instruction no longer works
- LDAP authentication does not work with special characters
