To access this download, visit our Sage Knowledgebase Site HERE, then scroll down to locate the Download Sage X3 Version 2024 R1 (12.0.37) then look for Download Sage X3 Syracuse Server 12.22.1.9 (Hotfix Update) OR Download Sage X3 Mongo DB 7.0.16.8 (Hotfix Updated) . Once you select the download option, you will be prompted to login to your Sage Portal Account. Not: these replace the previous versions of themselves.

These new Hotfix versions of Syracuse & Mongo DB include the following updates:

Syracuse Server 12.22.1.9 for Sage X3 2025 R1:

• Error connecting to Sage X3 with Eclipse on 2025R1
• Syracuse does not apply tagging rules for sadfsq connections
• Excel file update with the Sage add-in
• Create a X3 user from Syracuse user is not available anymore

Mongo DB 7.0.16.8 for Sage X3 2025 R1:

• Unable to upgrade Mongo 4.4.X to 7.0.16 in command line with console.
