To access this download, visit our Sage Knowledgebase Site HERE, then scroll down to locate the Download Sage X3 Version 2024 R1 (12.0.37) then look for Download Sage X3 Syracuse Server 12.22.3.5 (Hotfix Update). Once you select the download option, you will be prompted to login to your Sage Portal Account. Note: this replaces the previous version.

These new Hotfix versions of Syracuse includes the following updates:

Syracuse Server 12.22.3.5 for Sage X3 2025 R1:

• SSO connection error : "Your signature will expire in 13 days";
• One of the fonts groups needed for Syracuse sessions is downloaded from internet instead of from Syracuse.
• Embeds all previous Syracuse Server hotfixes
